The full conference registration fee includes:

  • Attendance to selected pre-conference course on Sunday 15th October

Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply for ISoP 2017.
Registration Fees are in GBP and are inclusive of VAT.

Please note: All non-member registration fees include a one year membership of ISoP starting from January 2018.

A welcome letter will be sent after the conference, following review and confirmation of acceptance by the ISoP Applications Committee.

Members of ISoP are eligible for the “member” rate. If ISoP cannot verify your current membership, you will be charged the non-member rate.

Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates. To facilitate processing, participants must clearly indicate in all remittances their name, address and registration number. Either of the following means can be used for payment: Payment of registration fees should be made by one of the following methods:

Credit Card Payment by credit card is available only through the online form. We accept VISA and MasterCard.

Bank Transfer/Payment by Invoice: If you select to pay via bank transfer your invoice will be attached to the confirmation letter you will receive upon completing your registration.

Payment is due two months prior to the conference, Monday 21st August 2017.

Full payment must be received before the corresponding registration deadlines to benefit from early/pre onsite registration rates.

Any registration fees still outstanding two weeks after the close of the deadline will be automatically upgraded to the next fee category.

All bank charges must be paid by the participant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Registration Cancellation Policy
Up to 15th July 2017 – Full refund less £50.00 + VAT administration fee
After 15th July 2017 and before 18th August 2017 – 25% refund
From 18th August 2017 – no refund

Please note if you pre-register and do not attend the conference you will be charged your participation fee and will be required to settle any outstanding balances.

Accommodation Cancellation Policy
Up to 28th August 2017 – no charge
After 28th August 2017 – charged in full

Changes, substitutions and cancellation of registration
Notification of changes or cancellation must be made in writing and sent to the ISoP 2017 Delegate Services Team at

if a refund is due it will be paid after the ISoP 2017 conference.

Substitutions/replacements can be made at any time and are subject to a £50.00 + VAT administration fee.

If you choose to pay by bank transfer your registration will not be valid until full payment has been received including all bank charges.

Please send a printed copy of the bank transfer along with the registration form to the meeting organisers at Upon receipt of proof of payment a full confirmation of registration will be sent.

Participants should bring the letter of confirmation to the registration desk at the conference venue when collecting their documents upon registration.

The Conference Secretariat ISoP 2017 and the International Society of Pharmacovigilance (ISoP) reserve the right to alter or cancel, without prior notice, any of the arrangements, timetables or plans relating directly or indirectly to the conference or exhibition, for any cause beyond their reasonable control. The Conference Secretariat or ISoP are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alterations. Participants are advised to take out their own travel insurance and to extend their personal policy to cover personal possessions: the conference does not cover individuals against cancellations of bookings or theft of belongings.

In the event that the Meeting is cancelled by the organisers, or cannot take place for any reason outside the control of the organisers, the registration fee will be refunded in full. The liability of the organisers shall be limited to that refund and the organisers shall not be liable for any other loss, cost or expense, howsoever caused, incurred or arising.

ISoP 2017 Secretariat acting on behalf of ISoP, will hold and process your personal details on their database for the sole purpose of administering the ISoP 2017 conference. This information is necessary for the legitimate management of this conference.

No financial data will be stored by ISoP 2017 Secretariat. Please advise the ISoP 2017 Secretariat should any of your details change. You may of course remove your details from our database at the end of the meeting by advising the society ISoP in writing, at any time, by email to
